"So I have waited until now to post a review to watch my system and power bills for a few months. Having assessed everything from hot months to cold months I can say I am very pleased with the whole experience. My first contact with the company was with Mike. He reached out to me when I was trying to get solar from another company and informed me that I was possibly being mislead by them and he could get me a way better rate and guarantees. He was not pushy and honestly was being real about what he could provide. We all want the best and cheapest and everything under the sun. He worked with me to get to the best real world version of that without blowing smoke. He and his other coworkers were there through the entire process for all of my stupid questions and hesitations. They understood that solar was a big investment for someone not made of money. So here it is. So far a great product that was professionally installed. I know enough about construction and electrical to know a good job without red flags when I see it and the work was immaculate. The finance company has been easy to work with and no hidden charges were added along the way if you know what I mean. The system performs exactly as it was agreed upon. Haven't had to make any claims on damage or faulty parts yet but if my experience so far says anything im not too worried about that if the time comes. Im a real not rich guy from North Carolina who is happy he took a chance with them for whatever thats worth."

"I've had my solar almost a year, and so far I'm happy with my system. They were SUPER FAST for the install, from the first phone call to the finished install was maybe a month at most, while some others I had looked at, were backed up over a year for the installs. The engineer who designed my system, was very communicative, and responded promptly to any questions I had. The project manager for my install, Marissa, went above and beyond to help me get the various documents needed for the loan approval. The install staff, were very respectful of my property. I will say the loan company isn't the easiest to work with, it truly depends on WHO answers the phone at the loan company, but they are pretty much the only company that finances solar (I had 3 different solar install companies give me plans, and all of them went through the same loan company), and Solar Brokers has no control over that aspect. I only mention that for awareness, because it can be frustrating, but they handle solar financing for all the installers I spoke with during the planning phase."
