Company History

Solar Brokers is a DBA of Leading Edge Marketing, based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Since 2013 we have helped Ohio customers evaluate rooftop solar, storage, and how each payment path fits the house or facility — not a one-product pitch.

Our work is statewide: design coordination, utility interconnection awareness, permit sequencing, and install partners who finish jobs cleanly. Customer experience themes are on reviews; project cards publish on solar projects Ohio only when verified.

Ohio Experience and Utility Knowledge

How We Compare Cash, Loan, PPA, and Propel

• Cash — you own the system; federal credit timing (when applicable) and warranties matter.
• Loan — you own the system with financing; payments and rate need a bill-based comparison.
• PPA — a third party owns the array; you buy power under the agreement.

Solar Brokers started October 22, 2013 (DBA under Leading Edge Marketing). We are based in Reynoldsburg and serve homeowners across Ohio — not a national call center reading a script.

We compare cash, loan, PPA, and Propel against your bill, roof, and utility. Propel is SolSource's prepaid third-party ownership solution. Depending on the applicable program and agreement, the homeowner may enter into a lease or Energy Services Agreement. We review the actual contract structure and terms for each project. Hardware, interconnection, and incentives change; we verify current rules before we propose options.
