Solar Brokers MCP Gateway

What it is

Solar Brokers MCP Gateway is an internal tool operated by Solar Brokers U.S. (Bill Marks). It is a private MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. It connects our own AI assistants to our own Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts (Solar Brokers U.S. and our affiliated business Home Shield Alarm) so they can report on performance and prepare draft (paused) ad campaigns for our review.

It is not offered to the public and does not access anyone else's Google accounts. There is no sign-up and no outside users.

What it does

  • Google Ads: reads account and campaign performance for reporting. It can also create new Search campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negative keywords and ads in our own accounts. New campaigns and ad groups it creates are PAUSED, and keywords and ads can only be added under paused campaigns, so nothing it creates can spend money until a person at Solar Brokers reviews and enables it in Google Ads. New daily budgets are capped at $50 in code. It cannot enable campaigns, edit or raise existing budgets, delete anything, or change billing, users or account access.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): read-only reports of aggregate website analytics for our two websites.
